Keaahala Road in Kaneohe has reopened following an explosives scare, Tuesday.
Honolulu police shut down roads near the Kaneohe Courthouse and Windward Comprehensive Health Center around noon to investigate a potentially explosive device.
Bomb squad officers used a robot to take a closer look at the item.
After investigating the device, officers determined it was not a threat.
Roads were reopened around 3 p.m. No injuries were reported.
