Another pleasant trade wind weather day!

The winds will be 10-20 mph this morning and a bit breezier after lunch at 15-20 mph.

Sunshine will be plentiful with scattered clouds and showers.

High in Honolulu will be 83 degrees.

Surf continues to be moderate around the islands. A very large northwest swell is expected this weekend that will make the country shorelines very dangerous. Stay with us on-air, online, and on the Weather Now app to keep up to date on the approaching swell.

Waves today will be 6-9 feet North, 4-6 feet West, 1-3 feet East and South. Small Craft Advisory for the Pailolo and Alenuihaha channels, Maalaea Bay, along with coastal shores south and west of the Big Island.
