An online auction of the contents of philanthropist Regina Kawananakoa's Hawaii Loa Ridge estate kicked off Friday.
Kawananakoa, a descendant of Hawaiian royalty, died in December.
Her 5,200-square-foot home has been put on the market, and more than 700 lots are up for sale in the auction.
Interested buyers can go to the home Friday and Saturday to preview items from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The auction ends Sunday.
Among the items up for sale: Hawaiian artifacts, koa bowls, vintage photographs and heirloom furniture.
There's also a large assortment of jewelry, collectible handbags, an embroidered kimono and a giant Faberge style.
