HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) -

Are you an Amazon shopper? Your tax-free shopping days are coming to an end.

Amazon has confirmed to Bloomberg News that it will start collecting sales tax for Hawaii customers on April 1.

The change leaves two states (Idaho and Maine) where customers can still avoid sales tax by heading to Amazon.

Amazon has declined to release further details on the issue, and the state said it's still trying to nail down the details with the e-retailer.

In the meantime, you might want to pay for that cart of Amazon goods before April Fools' Day.
