For 40 years, Hy’s Steakhouse has been a celebrated fixture in Honolulu’s fine-dining scene. Hy’s offers an elegant, tranquil ambiance, top-notch customer service, and an all-around five-star experience. USDA prime beef is aged and trimmed on site to create tender, flavorful steaks cooked over fragrant, Hawaiian kiawe wood.
Long known for it’s table side preparations, Hy’s offers such classics as Caesar Salad, Warm Spinach Salad and many flambé items such as Bananas Foster and Cherries Jubilee all prepared at your table.
In celebration of their 40th Anniversary, they will be featuring a 40th anniversary event calendar. Beginning in April, it is their first “Wine Dinner”. Hy’s has 17 bottles of high-end wines they are making available by the glass. These are wines exclusive to Hy’s. This will be once a month through November.
In May they are launching “Chef’s Table” which is basically a farm-to-table experience using the freshest local products. This is also once a month through November.
