Honolulu Waldorf School celebrates 55th Anniversary with Merry Moon Festival

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - The Honolulu Waldorf School was founded in 1961 teaching children from ages 2 to 18.  They will be celebrating their 55th Anniversary and are thrilled to present a new and highly anticipated fundraising event on Saturday, March 11, 2017 at their Niu Valley Campus.

The Merry Moon Festival, presented by Jeff White CFP –  is a celebration of family, health and creativity is sure to be an evening brimming with music, art and festivities. This relaxed festival-style event will include an artisan picnic by local Chef Ed Kenney, dancing in the moonlight, storytelling, lively entertainment for all ages, their signature silent auction and a few interactive surprises! The incredible musical line-up includes contemporary Hawaiian greats Lopaka & Tavana, Latin flair from Son Caribe and the incomparable ukulele virtuoso and Honolulu Waldorf School alumna Taimane ('07).
