Start your preparations for The 2017 Kaiser Permanente Great Aloha Run

New Year’s celebrations have come and gone, and you’ve hopefully celebrated last year’s successes while eagerly looking forward to what the New Year has in store for you. So, there is no better time to sign up for the Kaiser Permanente Great Aloha Run than right now.  With so many reasons compelling you to participate in this community event, don’t wait any longer.  Sign up today, and start Sharing the Aloha!

In Training Director, Amy Forsyth, and her team of coaches for the 2017 Kaiser Permanente Great Aloha Run will be holding an In Training workshop. The In-Training workshop is a Free 8-week program, designed to help you safely prepare for and finish the GAR. We welcome all participants of any age and fitness level to join us. We have coaches for all levels of walkers, speed walkers, walk/joggers, joggers, and runners.

The workshops are held on Sundays, 6:45am, now through February 12th, 2017, at the Kapiolani Park Bandstand in Waikiki. All you need to do to sign up, is show up! Go online to www.greataloharun.com, print a waiver form, complete it, and bring it with you on your first day, or arrive early to fill out a waiver.
