A Flash Flood Watch has been issued for all Hawaiian islands.
The watch takes effect Thursday at 6 a.m. and runs through Sunday afternoon.
The National Weather Service said the combination of an unstable atmosphere and increasing moisture will spur potentially widespread rain.
A Flash Flood Watch means that conditions may develop that lead to flash flooding.
