Howard Dicus had an update on state tax revenue. The end of October took us one-third of the way through the state fiscal year. It starts July 1 and runs through June 30.

Here’s what state revenue came in, during those four months.

Individual income tax: $675 million ($677 million) down 0.3%
Corporate income tax: $50 million ($60 million) down 16%
Hotel tax: $185 million ($148 million) up 25%
General Excise Tax: $1,078,690,000 ($1,076,475,000) up 0.2%
Total General Fund: $2,074,558,000 ($2,053,090,000) up 1%
