A lingering dispute over a 2011 Molokai helicopter crash brought about a dozen demonstrators to the federal courthouse on Wednesday morning.
The crash of the Blue Hawaiian Helicopters tour in Pukoo killed all five on board and scattered debris over the large area.
In a federal lawsuit, the family that owns the land says Blue Hawaiian never adequately cleaned up potentially hazardous chemicals and debris.
The company says the clean-up was thorough and approved by the state Health Department.
