WAIANAE, OAHU (HawaiiNewsNow) -

A 35-year-old fugitive was arrested Friday afternoon in Waianae following a manhunt that stretched several days.

Bernard Antoque, 35, was arrested in a raid at a home on Ala Akau Street in Waianae, right across from Kamaile Elementary School.

Police and federal agents participated in the raid.

Sources say Antoque resisted and after he brought outside, blood was dripping down his cheek.

Antoque has a long criminal record, which includes convictions for drug crimes, robbery and assault.  He violated parole earlier this week and when police tried to arrest him, he allegedly pulled a gun on officers to get away.

Following the raid, Antoque was taken to Waianae Comprehensive Health Center to be checked out before being booked.
