The Signature Prime Steak & Seafood owner Peter Kim and his team will be providing a multi-course meal of his signature dishes.  The menu features Signature’s famous 16oz. Rib Eye Steak, Chopped Salad and generous sides paired with fine wines.  Chocolate Layer Cake is the star for dessert.

The Liberty Belles will perform a 1940’s themed show in honor of the 75th Anniversary of Pearl Harbor and guests are encouraged to join the fun wearing clothes from that era.

This fun and scrumptious event, set in a gorgeous venue overlooking some of the best views in Honolulu, will provide much needed funds to support our wounded warriors and those with physical challenges who wish to take part in Hawaii’s lifestyle of water sports.

What makes this event even more special is that the venue, food and wine has all been donated.  The staff at Signature Steak House has volunteered to work for free – allowing the maximum amount of the proceeds back to the non-profits.
