With everyone is doing pumpkin bread and pumpkin spice, we've decided to switch it up by using kabocha instead of pumpkin. The fall season is the perfect time of year to have this kind of dish. For this week's Kitchen Creations we are making brown butter Kabocha bread with Maile Sengoura from Bellini Bistro and Bar.
