An Ewa photographer indicted on five counts of promoting child abuse has turned himself in.
Ewa Beach photographer Gilbert Sta Ines pleaded not guilty to five counts of promoting child abuse when he appeared in court Monday.
The 41-year-old allegedly took nude photos of teenage girls in 2014 and 2015.
Sta Ines turned himself in to state sheriffs last week and remains free after posting $50,000 bail.
His trial is set for December.
