Forecast: Breezy trade wind weather to kick off the work week

Breezy with some morning showers to start the new week. Winds will be 15-20 mph with some stronger gusts.

Skies will be partly to mostly sunny by afternoon.

High in Honolulu will be 87 degrees.

Surf has dropped out in the country. No significant swells are expected over the next few days. Here's today's surf forecast from NWS: north 4-6 feet, east 2-4 feet, south and west 1-3 feet.

Small Craft Advisory for Maalaea Bay, the Pailolo and Alenuihaha channels, along with coastal waters south and west of the Big Island.
