HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - The breezy tradewind conditions will continue through the weekend. Rainfall will favor windward areas, mostly falling in the overnight and early morning hours with skimpy totals. Leeward sides will get abundant sunshine.
A disturbance is forecast to develop east of the state early next week, increasing showers will be the net effect.
Surf is dropping along north and west shores. Overhead sets will continue for north and west shores, while south and east shores will have head high sets.
High Surf Advisory for north and west shores of Niihau, Kauai, Oahu, Molokai, and Maui until 6pm Thursday.
Small Craft Advisory for all Hawaii waters.
