HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - The Hispanic community celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month from September 15 to October 15 with the 26th annual Hispanic Heritage Festival and Health Fair. This event is free and open to the public. It encourages families to explore the rhythm, exotic tastes, mesmerizing dances, and a full variety of culturally inspired beers and cocktails. This year's theme is 'Honoring our Heritage. Building our Future'.
The festival is taking attendees back 26 years to the festival's original venue at Honolulu Hale. At this family friendly event, there will be lots of live entertainment, food booths, crafts, arts, cultural displays, specialty booths, Latin dance workshops, children's activities, and information from community and health agencies.
The Hispanic Heritage Festival and Health Fair is brought to you by Hispanic Heritage Festival and Events, Alma Latina Productions, Hawaii Restaurant Association, the Hispanic Community and the City and County of Honolulu.
