Humid, cloudy, wet weather across the state today.
The islands most at risk for heavy showers and thunderstorms are the Big Island and Maui, but any of us could see the occasional downpour. Winds are light and variable so our high of 85 in Honolulu will feel much warmer.
The trade wind swell has eased a bit for east shores and smaller sized waves are expected elsewhere. Here's the National Weather Service surf forecast for Tuesday: East 4-6 feet, North 2-4 feet, South and West 1-3 feet.
