A Flash Flood Watch has been expanded to include both Maui and the Big Island.
The watch is in effect through Wednesday afternoon.
Abundant moisture and an upper-level disturbance could trigger heavy rains and thunderstorms, the National Weather Service said.
A Flash Flood Watch means that conditions may lead to flash flooding.
