Overnight showers will continue through much of the morning for Oahu and Kauai. Maui County and the Big Island are already drying out. Sunny skies are expected across the state by mid-day.

The high in Honolulu will be 88 degrees with trade winds peaking this afternoon in the 15-25 mph range.

Surf is smaller all around. A small trade wind swell has east shores 2-4 feet. All other shores are 1-3 feet.

Small Craft Advisory for Maalaea Bay, the Pailolo and Alenuihaha channels, along with coastal waters south and west of the Big Island.

Tropical Storm Ulika is still about a 1,000 miles east of the islands. Remnants of Ulika are expected to dampen the islands late this weekend through the middle of next week.
