HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) -

In what's trending, Steve tells us about a water boy who has down syndrome. Robby Heil helps out the high school football team in Michigan. His mom Debbie has terminal bone cancer. So the teams wanted to do something special for them. So in the last game, they suited Robby up in pads and with just under 11 minutes remaining in the 7-7 tie game, they gave him the ball. You can watch what happened in the video clip. It shows the positive side to team sports.

Howard tells us which city in the U.S. is considered to be the most fun and why. This was a poll by Wallet Hub. How do you define "Fun" such that you can measure it? They came up with 51 metrics: number of public beaches, tennis courts, swimming pools, fishing spots, baseball diamonds, bike rentals, boat tours, water parks, movie theaters, restaurants, ice cream parlors, fitness centers, amusement parks, concert hall, et cetera. Half the score is determined by night life stuff – number of brew pubs. for example. A fifth of the score is costs, and some of that is also about drinking. Which explains why Honolulu came in only 16th. We came in fourth for wholesome stuff, 19th for nightlife, and sixth-worst for cost. Vegas was first, followed by Orlando, Miami and New Orleans.

Grace showed a new trend that's happening at music festivals around the nation. It's called body marbling. You soak whatever body part you want painted in salt water, let it dry and then dip it into a mixture of skin safe paint. Some of the colors will glow in a black light. Most reports say that it will last about 8 to 12 hours.

Dan shows us a real hoverboard that has just been invented. You can only take it over the water. It's jet powered and it's called the Flyboard Air.
