HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Typical tradewind conditions have taken over and are expected to linger through Wednesday. Showers will be mostly light, favoring windward neighborhoods, falling mainly in the overnight and early morning hours. Windspeeds will run 10-20 mph through the work week.
Leeward sides will get abundant sunshine with high temperatures running into the upper 80's.
A mass of moisture is heading this way, remnants from Hurricane Orlene, due into our neighborhood Thursday/Friday with a boost in showers and humidity. It's uncertain how much rain we'll see, so stay tuned.
Out in the ocean most spots will be dropping Tuesday, the exception being a small boost due into south shores.
