An unstable, rain-prone, tropical air mass continues to sit over the state.

Spotty downpours with possible thunderstorms might pop up through Friday anywhere across the state. Humidity levels will be elevated, creating muggy conditions.

Surf is elevated both town and country with an early season NW swell and a series of smaller SW pulses. Here's tomorrow's surf forecast: 5-7 feet north, 2-4 feet south, 2-4 feet east and west.
