Designed by Executive Chef Lance Kosaka and his culinary team, the new menu features Hawaii regional steak and seafood inspired by Hawaii's bountiful land and sea agriculture, the islands' diverse culinary palate, local favorite flavors and world-class indulgences. Offering new happy-hour Appetizers, innovative Entrees and a decadent Dessert menu from Pastry Chef Heather Bryan, all paired with sommelier selection.
