Light winds and passing showers this morning. Then breezy with partly to mostly sunny skies this afternoon.

High in Honolulu today will be 89 degrees.

Surf is elevated along south shores. Forecasters have backed away from predicting advisory-sized waves, but it's still a possibility today and tomorrow. Today's surf forecast: 5-7 feet south, 3-6 feet west, 2-4 feet east, 1-3 feet north.

Small Craft Advisory for Pailolo and Alenuihaha channels, Maalaea Bay, and coastal waters south and west of the Big Island.
