A man and a woman were unhurt after a fire raced through a Waipahu home late Wednesday.
After conducting their investigation, the Honolulu Fire Department determined that the house fire in Waipahu on Wednesday was intentionally set.
It took firefighters about an hour to fully extinguish the fire.
It was reported that a man and a woman were home at the time of the fire. They were able to escape without injury.
Damages are estimated to be $200,000 and $10,000 to its contents.
The case has been passed over to the Honolulu Police Department for further investigation.
