Wet and sticky!

We have lost the trade winds for a while. Light winds and a lot of moisture will combine to make for uncomfortable conditions for the next few days along with dangerous driving conditions.

Expect mostly cloudy and showery conditions most of Monday with some leeward sunshine mid-morning. Afternoon heating will create sea breezes and likely additional clouds and showers over interior neighborhoods. Some of those showers could be locally heavy.

High today in Honolulu about 88 degrees.

Surf is small and not very exciting this week. Small south bumps and a minor northeast swell tomorrow.

Forecast for Monday: 1-3 feet east, south, west; 0-2 feet north.

No marine or weather advisories are posted.
