Light winds this morning, then 10-20 mph this afternoon. Very few showers to start, then even less as the day warms up. A strong sun will heat Honolulu to 89 degrees. Winds may kick up a small notch tomorrow and Friday due to a weakening low pressure system passing to our south. Showers may increase a bit Friday and through the weekend, but it shouldn't be anything dramatic, just wetter than this very dry trade wind pattern we are in now.
Surf is fun-sized along south shores with a swell ending after today. A similar sized swell is expected this weekend. East shores will pick up tomorrow with the slight increase in trade winds.
Surf today: 2-4 feet south and east, 1-3 feet west, 0-2 feet north.
