HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) -

Filming for the new Jumanji movie will begin in Hawaii this fall, officials have confirmed.

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, Kevin Hart and Jack Black will star in the remake of the original movie, which starred the late Robin Williams.

The movie is scheduled to be released next July.

The state film commissioner says crews are still scouting Hawaii for filming locations.

Movies produced in Hawaii pump about $250 million into the state's economy each year.
