HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Celebrity chef, Michael Mina is taking his culinary talents to the streets of Honolulu before opening his own restaurant in Waikiki.
The James Beard Award winner and his Executive Chef, Ben Jenkins will be riding on a two-day food truck tour on Wednesday, July 20 and Thursday, July 21 and will be stopping a several popular lunchtime and happy hour spots to give Honolulu a taste of his award-winning cuisine.
The tour is a preview for his new restaurant called STRIPSTEAK which slated to open at the International Market Place on August 25.
