HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Calm, quiet conditions will hold through Wednesday, with light tradewinds and very few showers.
An increase in showers is due late Thursday through Saturday as remnants from Celia are due into the state.
Surf is declining but will be back up both south and east later this week. A south swell will approach advisory levels starting Thursday.
Energy from Celia will kick up east side coasts about the same time. The National Weather Service surf forecast for Wednesday is: 3-5 feet east, 1-3 feet south and west, 0-2 feet north.
There are no marine or weather advisories are posted.
