Billy V: The Hello Kitty Cafe truck is rolling into the Ala Moana Center

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - The Hello Kitty Cafe Truck will be making an appearance at the Ala Moana Center on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, June 17th-18th-19th from 10am-9pm. The supercute cafe on wheels made its official debut at Hello Kitty Con in October 2014 and has been traveling cross country ever since, spreading Sanrio's message of happiness, friendship & fun while offering yummy goodies to Hello Kitty fans of all ages.

The Hello Kitty Cafe Truck is the first of its kind food service venture for Sanrio. Originally launched to celebrate her 40th Anniversary, the Hello Kitty Cafe Truck is a mobile vehicle of cuteness that offers fresh pastries, yummy macaroons, delicious mini cakes, cookies and other supercute goodies such as t-shirts, mugs and Chubby Bunny bows, each infused with unique Hello Kitty details for all to enjoy.

The Hello Kitty Cafe is also slated to open in Southern California this summer.  The cafe will have a fast-casual setting with attention to special details and a uniquely Sanrio atmosphere.  Displays of pastries, 'made-to-order' items, exclusive merchandise and interactive attractions will delight fans who come to share in the Hello Kitty Cafe experience.  In addition to Hello Kitty, My Melody®, Keroppi®, Little Twin Stars®, Chococat® and more Sanrio characters will make edible appearances at the cafe.
