HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - The 19-year-old arrested after a fight in Kalihi that left a 48-year-old Honolulu man dead has been charged with attempted assault.
Police say Rimoni Paloga-Seiuli attacked Riley Meade in the parking lot of the Aloha Gas station on School street. Meade was critically injured and later died at the hospital.
An autopsy found Meade had suffered a sudden cardiac death and also had heart disease.
Paloga-Seiuli was later arrested on suspicion of second degree murder after threatening to jump off the Gulick Avenue overpass, shutting down the H-1 freeway and backing up traffic for miles.
Rimoni Pologa-Seiuli remains in police custody.
