HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) -

Authorities are asking the public to help them find a 35-year-old man indicted on charges related to the possession and distribution of child pornography.

Andrew Patyjewicz is accused of disseminating images of children being sexually exploited, the state Attorney General said. He’s also accused of possessing images and videos of children being sexually exploited – 57 of those videos show children being sexually abused, 12 of which include children under the age of 12.

An Oahu grand jury indicted Patyjewicz for two counts of promoting child abuse in the second degree, a class B felony. Each count is punishable by up to 10 years in prison.

Patyjewicz, who is not currently in custody, is described as 6’1” and weighs approximately 200 pounds. He has blue eyes and brown hair.

Anyone with further information should call the state Department of the Attorney General’s investigations division at (808) 586-1240.
