Singer, Songwriter, Actor Martin Nievera was born in the Philippines, but went to elementary and high school here in Hawaii; he headlines the entertainment that will be at part of the 24th Annual Filipino Fiesta and Parade. It's happening Saturday May 14, 2016 from 10:00am-5:00pm with Martin going on at 4:00pm.
