Hawaii's biggest summer event is just around the corner. For more than a century, the E.K. Fernandez 50th State Fair has brought friends and families together from all over Hawaii, and this year is expected to be no exception.
Food, games and rides will be featured, including a new ride called the Equinox. The thrill ride allows people to experience controlled flips as they are rotated 50 ft. above the ground.
This year, the fair starts at 6 p.m., Friday, May 27 at Aloha Stadium and continues every weekend through Sunday, June 26.
Fair times listed below:
Fridays: 6 p.m. – midnight
Saturdays: 4 p.m. – midnight
Sundays: noon – midnight
Monday, May 30: noon – midnight
Thursday, June 9: 6 p.m. – midnight
