Cheech and Chong, who sparked the stoner movement in movies, appeared on Sunrise today. The classic comedy duo are hosting a series of performances in Hawaii.

Tommy Chong and Richard "Cheech" Marin met in 1968 before launching a series of comedy albums that got them Grammy recognition. They were nominated for 4 and won a Grammy for best comedy album for "Los Cochinos". The two then starred in "Up in Smoke" embracing the cannabis culture without apology. They earned more than $100 million at the box office for the hit counter-culture film.

You can see what the iconic pair are up to at the Hawaii Theater on May 5, 2016 and then on the Big Island at Waikoloa Village on May 7th.
