Political Analyst Colin Moore Says Expect a More Diplomatic Trump and Lower Than Normal Voter Turnout

Republican candidates John Kasich and Ted Cruz are out, leaving Donald Trump as the Presumptive Presidential Nominee for the GOP. Our political analyst Colin Moore says if you asked him last year if this was possible he would've said you were crazy. He also says you can expect Trump to soften his tone and appear more diplomatic. Moore also speculated that we would see even lower voter turnout this year.
