Locally breezy trade winds will continue through the weekend and beyond. The trades will bring areas of clouds and showers to windward slopes and coasts, especially during nights and mornings. Leeward neighborhoods may see occasional periods of cloudiness, but little rainfall is expected.

High today in Honolulu will be 85 degrees.

Surf is holding just below advisory levels along north and west shores. The National Weather Service forecast calls for 8-12 feet north, 5-8 feet west, 3-5 feet east and south.

Small Craft Advisory for channels east of Molokai and coastal waters south and west of the Big Island.
