Mauka to Makai Environmental Expo to showcase programs that protect Hawaii's environment

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) -

That's Apoha and Holokai!  Plus puppeteers Joanna Mills and Michael Donato from the The Journey Home Puppet.  They are taking part in Mauka to Makai Environmental Expo this Saturday at the Waikiki Aquarium.

?    This is a FREE, family-friendly event held at the Waikiki Aquarium and will have interactive booths showcasing programs that preserve and protect Hawaii's environment.
?    Activities will include a variety of hands-on learning activities and displays, pictures with Apoha and a FREE, take home copy of the story's activity booklet.
?    Guests can explore water pollution prevention and ocean-related arts and crafts booths.
?    There will be keiki performances, FREE giveaways, FREE parking at Jefferson Elementary with trolley, FREE native Hawaiian plants and of course, The Journey Home puppet Show.
