On 1-year anniversary of 'Ziplock,' DOT tries to make changes (Part 3)

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - It's been a year since the ZipMobile broke down, triggering a city-wide traffic jam. Since then, the state Department of Transportation has been trying to make changes to prevent an event like this from happening again.

Traffic reporter Lacy Deniz spoke with DOT spokesman Tim Sakahara to find out what the state has been doing since the event.
