Interview: Ewa Elementary Robotics Team Going To Nationals

Ewa Elementary School's robotics team is trying to raise funds to get to the national robotics competition in Louisiana.
Our guests are Shirley Romero with Ewa Elementary School, 5th graders Hayley Gooman, Sharey Romero, and 6th grader Ethan Morrell.

--The robotics team at the Ewa Elementary School is crowdfunding their way to the national robotics competition in Louisiana. The team recently won first place at a local competition and they are hoping to showcase their robots on a national level.

--Ewa Elementary is a Title 1 school, which means 58% of students are recipients of free disadvantaged free lunch and the team is hoping to rally the community to raise 9,000 for their travel expenses via crowdfunding through GoFundMe.

--So far they've raised 1200 in just two weeks. You can visit their GoFundMe page to donate and help the team get to nationals.
