While exercising or working outdoors, you are probably going to sweat... a lot. Sweating can cause dizziness, nausea, and muscle cramping - things you'll need to prevent when going outside because of the hot weather.
Before you lace up those workout shoes, it is important to keep hydrated. There can be major consequences if you don't get enough fluids into your system, so hydration is essential.
