A disturbance is moving over the state, bringing with it lighter winds along and increasing clouds and showers.
Winds will be light for the week, allowing afternoon cloud build-ups with scattered showers, some heavy, maybe even a few thunderstorms with heavy rain. The summits of the Big Island might even get some snow.
The air quality will suffer as a build-up of vog and haze is expected, along with increasing humidity levels.
The surf will be small islandwide Tuesday with no significant swells in the near future.
A Small Craft Advisory is posted for the waters around the Big Island and Maui.
