HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - A front is approaching tonight with a few scattered showers, mainly for a handful of windward spots with light to moderate rainfall totals.
The front will be followed by gusty north northeasterly winds of 15-25 mph with gusts upwards of 40 mph through Thursday. The winds will push in a cool and dry air mass. Breezy tradewinds will hold through the weekend.
Waves are small island wide. The next swell is due late Wednesday, early Thursday with possible advisory level surf for north and west shores. Stormy conditions are expected for north shores due to the onshore winds.
No weather or marine advisories are posted.
