HILO, Hawaii (AP) - A Hilo man who is accused of sexually assaulting a minor in Idaho in 2003 will not fight extradition.

The Hawaii Tribune-Herald reports that 57-year-old Stephen Reiling on Tuesday signed papers allowing him to be transferred from Hilo Circuit Court to Bonner County in northern Idaho.

Idaho authorities have been seeking Reiling since 2011 when he was accused of assaulting an 8-year-old girl. He was arrested Saturday in Hilo on investigation of domestic abuse under the name Ken Starr.

Hilo Police Capt. Robert Wagner says fingerprints taken on Saturday matched Reiling's and the extradition warrant was noted by detectives.
