HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Steady tradewinds are due back Saturday, which will help clear out the vog.
Rainfall will remain sparse with abundant sunshine and warm temperatures. But south-southeast winds due back Sunday will push in more vog and haze through Monday.
The next best chance for rain is from an approaching front scheduled to arrive Tuesday night into Wednesday with breezy northerly winds, scattered showers and cooler temperatures.
All marine alerts have been cancelled. The next round of large surf is due Saturday night with possible warning level waves through Sunday.
