HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Light winds mean another voggy, muggy day. An approaching cold front is bringing some showers to Oahu this morning. That may help scrub some of the volcanic haze from our skies. The showers will be light to moderate and give way to fuzzy sunshine by afternoon.
High in Honolulu today will be a sticky 80 degrees.
Waves have eased overnight, and according to the National Weather Service, surf will be 10-14 feet north, 6-10 feet west, 3-5 feet east, 1-3 feet south. A warning-sized swell is due tonight and the waves will get even larger late Tuesday into Wednesday.
There are no weather or marine advisories in place.
