WAIMANALO, OAHU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Bellows Beach Park on Oahu will be closed for a week starting Friday while the U.S. Marine Corps holds training exercises.
The Marine Corps said the beach will be closed Feb. 19 through Feb. 26 for amphibious operations. In addition, officials warn the public that they could hear or see additional aircraft and ground operations nearby.
Airfield operations are as follows:
Monday through Thursday – 7 a.m. to midnight
Friday – 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Saturday – 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
