HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Kaiser Permanente will kick off the 32nd Annual Great Aloha Run with their three-day Sport, Health & Fitness Expo featuring fitness and children's activities, live demonstrations, prize giveaways, retail bargains and exhibit booths. With an expected attendance of 30,000 people, the Expo will provide patrons with exciting participatory activities and events where they can socialize with others in the running community. Great Aloha Run participants will also be able to pick up their packets at the Expo.
The 32nd Annual Great Aloha Run will take place on Monday, February 15, 2016.
Since 1985, the Great Aloha Run has served as a fundraiser for Carole Kai Charities. The run has raised more than $10.9 million, which has been awarded to over 150 non-profit organizations in the Hawaii community such as: Hawaii High School Athletic Association, Boys and Girls Club, BSA Aloha Council, Girl Scouts Hawaii, Leeward Special Olympics, National Multiple Sclerosis Society, MWR Facilities, United Cerebral Palsy of Hawaii, the Variety School of Hawaii, Palama Settlement and many more!
